Advisors Terms and Conditions

Please read these Advisor Terms & Conditions (the “Advisor Terms”) carefully before registering as an Advisor or providing services through Psychic4cast (the “Service”).
These Advisor Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Advisor”, “you”, “your”) and Psychic4cast (“we”, “us”, “our”).
THIS SERVICE IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
By accessing or using the Service as an Advisor, you confirm that:
you are 18 years of age or older and capable of forming a legally binding contract, and
you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Advisor Terms, our Customer Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy (together, the “Platform Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Platform Role and Relationship
Psychic4cast is a technology platform that connects Users seeking entertainment-based spiritual/psychic readings (“Users”) with independent providers (“Advisors”).
You acknowledge and agree that:
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, worker, agent, or partner of Psychic4cast.
You are solely responsible for your services and conduct, subject to these Advisor Terms and Platform rules.
You have no authority to bind Psychic4cast or act on our behalf.
2. Eligibility and Advisor Onboarding
To register and remain on the platform as an Advisor, you must:
be 18+
provide accurate and complete registration information
complete identity and verification checks we require
2.1 Verification Information
You agree to provide, when requested:
legal name, date of birth, address, telephone number
government-issued ID
proof of address
bank details and/or PayPal email address for payouts
We may request updated documents periodically for fraud prevention and compliance. If you fail to provide required information, we may delay payouts, restrict features, or suspend/terminate your account.
3. Advisor Profile Requirements
Your profile must be truthful, up-to-date, and not misleading. You agree that:
your profile photo must be a real photograph of you (no logos/illustrations/avatars)
you may upload a short introductory video to your profile (this is not a “video reading” feature)
you must not promise guaranteed outcomes or results
any claims about your experience, qualifications, or abilities must be accurate
We may remove or require changes to content that breaches platform rules.
4. Your Responsibilities as an Advisor
You are responsible for:
managing your availability settings accurately
responding to Users appropriately and professionally
complying with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where you operate
Users may leave reviews and ratings. We generally do not remove reviews unless required for safety, compliance, or where content breaches Platform Terms.
5. Strict Confidentiality and Privacy Obligations
Users may share deeply personal information during readings. You must treat all User communications and information as confidential.
You must not:
disclose User information to anyone
publish or share conversations, screenshots, or recordings
store User personal data outside the platform (including writing down identifying details, saving chat logs, recording calls on your own device, or keeping separate notes that identify a User)
Where applicable, you must comply with UK GDPR/data protection requirements. If you process User personal data outside the platform, you may be personally liable.
6. No Off-Platform Contact (Strict Rule)
All communications with Users must remain on Psychic4cast.
You must not request, share, or attempt to exchange any information that would allow contact outside the platform, including:
phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses
social media handles/usernames
external website links intended to move contact off-platform
payment details (PayPal, bank details, QR codes, links, crypto addresses)
This includes images. You must not upload or send images containing contact details (including watermarks, overlays, screenshots, or “hidden” text).
A breach may lead to immediate suspension or termination.
7. Prohibited Advice and Conduct
You agree you will not:
provide medical diagnosis/treatment/prescriptions or therapy
provide legal advice/representation
provide financial/investment/tax advice
instruct Users to engage in illegal acts
use hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, or discriminatory language/content
exploit vulnerable individuals or encourage dependency
claim to guarantee outcomes or offer prohibited “guaranteed future alteration” services
solicit tips or payments outside the platform, directly or indirectly
Self-harm / crisis situations
If a User indicates self-harm risk or imminent danger, you must encourage them to seek immediate professional help and emergency services. The Service is not for emergencies.
8. Advisor Earnings, Fees, and Payouts
8.1 Earnings
Users pay via platform payment methods. Advisors are paid their earnings after platform fees and any applicable processing costs, as shown in the Service.
8.2 Cleared Funds / Dispute Window
To protect Users and the platform, earnings are only eligible for payout once funds are cleared. This means:
there is no payout for same-day readings
we may hold funds for a reasonable period to allow for payment processing, fraud checks, reversals, chargebacks, disputes, or complaints to be investigated and resolved
8.3 Payout Schedule (Weekly – Fridays)
Payouts are processed on Fridays.
Payout calculations run from the start of the week up to 00:00 (midnight) Thursday.
Friday starts a new earnings week.
Bank payouts may take up to 3 working days, depending on your bank.
PayPal payouts are typically faster but timing may vary due to PayPal processing.
8.4 Payout Requests (Required)
Payouts are made by request. You must submit your payout request:
from your Advisor account under the “Pay Request” tab, or
by phone (where this option is provided by Psychic4cast)
To be included in the Friday payout run, payout requests must be submitted no later than 1 working day before the payout date, and must meet any cleared-funds requirements.
8.5 Minimum Payout
The minimum payout amount is £10.
If your available cleared balance is below £10, it will roll over until the minimum is reached.
8.6 Payout Methods
Payouts are made via:
PayPal, and/or
Bank transfer
You are responsible for keeping payout details accurate. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
8.7 Withholding / Reversals
Where permitted by law, we may withhold, offset, or reverse payouts in cases including (but not limited to):
suspected fraud or policy violations
chargebacks or payment reversals
refunds granted to Users
breach of the no-off-platform-contact rule
failure to meet verification requirements
9. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Complaints
Users may request refunds or credits under our customer policies and applicable law. If a refund or chargeback is granted, we may deduct the related amounts from your earnings and/or reverse corresponding payouts where permissible.
If we believe an Advisor has breached Platform Terms, we may take additional action including suspension/termination and withholding/reversal of payouts where legally permitted.
10. Monitoring, Moderation, and AI
To protect Users, Advisors, and the platform, Psychic4cast may:
monitor chats and communications
record voice calls
use automated tools and AI to summarise, moderate, detect abuse, prevent fraud, and improve platform features
You agree not to attempt to bypass monitoring or move communications off-platform.
11. Disciplinary Action
If you breach these Advisor Terms or Platform Terms, we may, in our discretion:
issue warnings or require corrective action
restrict features or visibility
suspend your account
terminate your account immediately
remove content
withhold or reverse payouts where legally permitted
12. Account Suspension and Retention
If your Advisor account is suspended or terminated:
your account may be retained in a suspended state for 6 months to prevent re-registration and protect the platform from abuse or fraud
we may retain verification and payout records as required for legal, accounting, and fraud prevention purposes
13. Intellectual Property
You may not use Psychic4cast branding, logos, or platform materials without our written permission.
You grant Psychic4cast a licence to host and display your profile content (including your intro video) as necessary to operate and market the Service.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee:
any volume of Users or earnings
uninterrupted availability
that the platform will always be error-free
You are solely responsible for your services, advice, and conduct.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, Psychic4cast is not liable for:
your interactions with Users
disputes between you and Users
losses arising from user decisions based on readings or AI outputs
indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits)
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Psychic4cast for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
your services, advice, or conduct
your breach of these Advisor Terms
your violation of any law or third-party rights
content you provide through the Service
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Advisor Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory local law applies otherwise.
18. Changes to These Advisor Terms
We may update these Advisor Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website or within the Service with an updated “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
