I always talk my customers through my shuffling of cards and ask them to choose piles as I feel they gain a connection with their choices and work with the voice vibration. It also allows me to sense where they are at, (sad, nervous, just curious) I do not over talk as customers can feel put off or assume they your are “out to use up the time” I try to make sure I am clear and use the right words, if I do not see a future in something (like a relationship getting back together, or a split) I make sure that my wording is extra careful and leave the conversation as positive as I can. I am very mindful to not leave a conversation with someone devastated.
