What’s The Refund Policy?
Our refund policy was designed and written because we understand that sometimes things don’t go the way your reading should, and in many cases, we can arrange an alternative reading. However, refunds can be claimed back depending on the type of service you have used. Start by emailing refund@psychic4cast.co.uk. Refunds are subject to the refund policy below.
Please Note that refunds can only be issued on calls paid for by Credit/Debit Card or psychic4cast online chat/phone service. We cannot issue refunds for premium-rate services.
How To Claim A Refund
IMPORTANT! Before contacting us, you must have the following information. We cannot discuss any calls without this information.
- Date and Time Time the call.
- Length of the call.
- If you used a credit card, the last four digits of the card were used.
- If you used your Psychic4cast account balance, please provide the username
- The name of the RReaderyou you had a call with.
- The reason for the refund.
Refunds Paid by Debit/Credit Card Phone Reading
If you fail to connect with a reader, please end the call within the first 5 minutes and contact us within 48 hours of your call.
We can then either offer you a reading with a different reader or a full refund. Please note the time, time, reader, and home/mobile number you used to call the service.
- Your reading must have been less than 5 minutes in duration.
- You must provide valid details of why you were dissatisfied with your reading.
- Refunds will only be paid once for each rReadreader you’re not connected with.
- Calls that last more than 5 minutes before termination will only be entitled to the remaining minutes with another reader.
- This policy is subject to fair usage, and we reserve the right to decline a refund or give you another reading if we believe the request is not fair, genuine, or valid.
- We reserve the right to listen to calls as part of our refund monitoring.
- All requests must be emailed to refund@psychic4cast.co.uk and are subject to verification.
- Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of the call being terminated.
Refunds for Psychic4cast Members’ Account
We require you to end the Chat/Call within the first 5 minutes, excluding any free time, either used or requested.
We will read or listen to the Chat/Call for information and confirmation of your refund concerns.
Any refund provided will be given via an adjustment to the current balance.
Customers are responsible for using any refunds. A request to withdraw funds can be made from the member’s dashboard. Otherwise, the funds will remain for future readings.
Refunds must adhere to the following rules.
